Hello Barry!
I don't know if you noticed but you posted this message twice, I hope you don't mind but I've deleted the duplicate. If you accidentally do this again there is a little cross in the top right hand corner of each message that you can use to delete it with.

Another point this section is the "welcome" section you should only really use it for your first post, to say "hello" after that you should post in the relevant section for your question, for instance this post should really have been made in the "ukulele talk" section.

Another slight point this forum isn't exclusively used by shall we say "hip teenagers", some of our members would find you're messages easier to read if you try your best at spelling and punctuation and certainly try and avoid using the sort of text shorthand as "new 2 the uke" instead of "new to the uke."

I hope you don't take my message the wrong way, it makes it easier for everybody if you use the forum the right way, I'm certainly not complaining about your post. We need all the active members we can get so please post again about anything Formby or ukulele related, but try and keep the points I've mentioned in mind

Hope somebody can advise you about glueing bridges, I know nothing, sorry!

You should not have to glue it.

Surely in the bridge moves then the strings are not putting enough pressure on the 'skin'.

I guess that if it is a plastic 'skin' there may be more chance of it slipping. Not tried it but could you try a bit of rubber solution on feet of bridge, let it dry then replace it. That MAY stop it moving without actually sticking in place in case you need to move it slightly.

Just a thought - but as I said never tried it.
